Shipping & Delivery


Your orders will ship within 7-14 days. All merchandise shipped from our warehouse - merchandise will be shipped via USPS with signature upon delivery required. All merchandise must be shipped to a physical address; we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. At this time, Tricia James USA only ships within the United States from our website. However, if you are an international customer and would like to purchase one of our awesome scarves, please e-mail us to make a manual arrangement to process your order.We will let you know the cost of shipping to your destination.

Easy Returns

Returns are only accepted on full-priced merchandise purchased from Tricia James USA provided that the items have not been worn or used. All returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery received date in order to be eligible for a full refund.


All returns must include contact information. All returns must be shipped back at your own expense.

Returns received without first contacting Tricia James will not constitute a refund. Sale merchandise (i.e. discounted items or items purchased at Tricia James weekly Scarf Party events on Facebook is final sale, no returns or exchanges.


Tricia James USA is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit. However we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment


Once the return has been received by our office, the refund will be processed via Paypal within 7 business days.Please allow time for Paypal to process and post the transaction.


Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded once we receive the returned items.



Price Adjustments

Tricia James USA is unable to offer price adjustments. Prices are subject to change without notice.



Orders Online:

Please be aware that on rare occassion an item may become out of stock,but may not show during the ordering process. If such an event should occur we will notify you and immediately refund your payment, or make other arrangements that is acceptable to you.



Money Back Gaurantee

If you purchase an item at full price and are not completely satisfied, and if the item has not been worn with tags attached you are elegible for a full refund, except for shipping and handling.

PayPal is the faster, safer way to send money, make an online payment, or receive money. Tricia James LLC reserves the right to cancel any order and notify the customer of cancellation. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation of order.
